Lily Allen is warning robbers not to try and break into her new home – for she’s got a panic button installed there.

The ‘Smile’ singer moved into her new luxury pad recently, and has had a string of highsecurity devices installed.

“Don’t get too excited, burglars, I’ve got metal roller blinds that go down at night and a panic button by my bed,” the Mirror quoted her, as saying.

And though she doesn’t have a panic room in the flat as yet, she’s not ruling out installing one.

“No panic room though… food for thought.”

Allen also admitted that it felt ‘really weird’ living alone in her flat after ‘sofa surfing and living in hotels’ for a couple of years.

“I’ve been in my new flat a week and it’s been an OK move. I’ve been sofa surfing and living in hotels for two years so it’s really weird being in this place alone,” she said.

Musician Lily Allen says fans will either like her new album or hate it, and if they don’t like it she will try something else. Her new album is titled “Stuck on the Naughty Step.”

The 23-year-old singer says the new album has a more electropop feel than the ska vibe her album “Alright, Still” had. She said she even plays the xylophone on the track “Everybody’s At It,” a song about prescription drug use.

The phrase “sit on the naughty step,” a reference to her new album’s title, is a British phrase which is similar to the American phrase “go stand in the corner.”

Allen’s album is nearing the wrapping stages and she told the U.K. version of Rolling Stone that it will make listeners feel “naughty.”

She also talked to Rolling Stone about her skills as a musician.

“I left school at 15. I’m not a genius songwriter. I don’t think I’m really good at anything,” she said, adding that she feels like she “got away with something.”
